I’m Mike Easton, a passionate real estate and mortgage specialist dedicated to guiding you through these intricacies. Originally from Rochester, NY, I cultivated an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, achieving the distinguished Eagle Scout rank prior to attending Syracuse University. My fascination with finance and investing began while reading the acclaimed personal finance book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki.

In 2015, I endeavored to purchase my first home, eager to understand the complex mortgage process. A few months after closing, my realtor introduced me to MJ and I proposed to her 6 months after our first date. MJ was a seasoned mortgage professional and detected my extensive mortgage expertise. She suggested I put those skills to use so I obtained my license and began my career as a loan officer right away.

Hello, My name is Jaymee Rayzel Maniulit!

Most of the people I’ve met say I’m a breath of fresh air. I like to bring energy, joy, and happiness whenever I enter a room. Ever since I was a kid I have loved being around people and having good conversations. I love going out with friends and getting coffee.

Outside of mortgage, I love dancing. It’s been a big part of my life and an outlet for my creativity going back to when I was a kid. I also like spending time with my family and friends. We love supporting one another and helping each other grow.

I’ve been a Loan Officer Assistant since 2020. My role has really helped me grow personally and professionally. I love that my personal goals overlap with my professional ones.
